In the age of medical pluralism, pharmaceutical industry and business houses play an influential role from behind the screen by encouraging propaganda through different types of media and creating pseudo-ego and super-ego among the leaders of health-care management. It is unpleasant to accept that certain influential groups exert pressure in different levels to ignore long standing benefits with harmonious relationship towards surrounding and ecosystems which is also cost effective. Conventional or existing health-care system supported by western thoughts not mentally prepared to accept and understand holistic approaches of 1000-year-old traditional wisdom, which has been practiced by different groups of people since immortal, with intimate relation in association with nature. Economic and commercial interest become day by day so powerful that the whole scenario has been forcefully changed into dependable on cyclical grasp of commercial institutions controlled by vested industry. In reality, in global scenario, no country can individually take decisions and come out from this complex problem. It is unfortunate and painful that scientific community and intellectuals of the globe are governed by these big international, commercial, and trade agencies. Morality has no place in this area of business. Food industries starting from the agriculture sectors as well as pharmaceutical industries have certain compulsions and issues which they cannot ignore and not capable to protect the interest of common people.
It is observed that, paradigm shift has occurred in highly educated intellectuals and so there is a need for certain measures to save the human race and nature. That is the point, where these intellectuals are required to look into and validate the ancient knowledge and wisdom to save the complicated problems faced by the globe. In reality it does not matter whether it is defined as Traditional system of medicine or complementary medicine. Medical care cannot be confined in a tight compartment ignoring wholesome need of an individual and society. Holistic approaches of our ancestors to consider individual as epitome of the whole creation. This is the universal appeal and acceptance of ancient science.
Human being is considered as an epitome of the whole creation and it is a tiny part of nature. They need to follow the rule of nature. On the contrary, if human being thinks themselves as supreme and try to injudiciously govern, it will create inevitable disastrous consequences to the human kind. Due to the super ego of political system, all over the globe and high development of consumer based economic scenario, only financial benefits of industrial houses observed. On the other hand, financial liberalization and inter-dependency have forced human being to forget ethical as well as spiritual aspect of life given priority and addicted to pleasure of sensory faculties. Consumer's items and policy of business greatly explore this painful situation of individual as well as society, as a result multidimensional health issue effecting the human body in different spheres. On the other hand, conventional health-care management fails to understand in totality the basic root cause of divergent type of health issues. They are running after quick relief in shorter duration ignoring the probable consequences in the later period of life. In fact, pharmaceutical industry and corporate culture create a situation; where no individual qualified medical professional can survive adhered to their principle of medical ethics. Pharmaceutical industry and their supported scientific diaspora have covered everything, even public sector, health-care institution becomes helpless, in front of this evil design of pharmaceutical industry and their unethical support to the medical professionals, force them to act in their interest and to ignore the need of the society and welfare of common people. It is the very painful situations and arises due to improper utilization of the discoveries made by basic sciences. Sustainable number of thinkers and scientist even feel themselves helpless in the real practical scenario and who have been compelled by the society to ignore the basic need.
Still, we should have optimistic view that goodness will prevail in the mind of the leaders of the economic field, that achievement in the financial area should not be the only goal, priority should be to save the human races. Traditional knowledge and understanding of the relation between nature and human behavior should be the only solution to save the human civilization.
